Zer0-19 supports children (4 -11 years old) in preschool and primary school age through the use of psycho-educational techniques (educational therapy) with the aim of diagnosing learning difficulties, managing emotional needs (anger, anxiety, fear, school refusal, etc.) and dealing with everyday school and family complications that affect their lives. The psycho-education of the children is carried out by specialized professionals (psychologists and special educators) on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Educational games, projection tools, pictograms, emotion cards, sequencing images and more are used.
Special psycho-educational interventions are carried out for students aged 4 to 11 who are experiencing emotional difficulties as they manage intense changes in their lives (divorce, announcement of adoption, bereavement, learning difficulties).
There are numerous emotional and physical changes that adolescents (12-19 years old) are required to manage. The transition to middle or high-school education, learning difficulties, relationship management, anger towards their parents, social difficulties, peer rejection, circumstances that hinder their academic goals, choice of studies and profession are just some of the topics covered by adolescents through the psychoeducational and counseling programs at Zer0-19.
The psychoeducation of adolescents is carried out by specialized professionals (psychologists and special educators) on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Special educational games for teenagers, projection tools, tracings, emotion cards, pictures of hypothetical social problems, personal interest questionnaires, teaching tools for time management and prioritization of teenagers are used.
