Zer0-19 Career Advising Counselling Programme includes the following:
Α) Completion of Questionnaires (4-5 hours)
- Personality Questionnaire
- Individual and Professional Values Questionnaire
- Personal Interests Questionnaire
- Professional Interest Questionnaire
- General Skills Test
- Professional Skills Test
- Personal Incentive Questionnaire
- Decision Making Questionnaire
- Self-report Questionnaire
- Future Professional Questionnaire
Β) Individual Personal Interview (1 hour)
After the completion of the questionnaires, adolescents give an extensive and comprehensive oral interview at the career advisor in which they describe their personality in-depth and give detailed information about themselves, their incentives, their concerns and their individual goals for the future.
C) Review of Results and Written Report (1 hour)
After completing the above steps, two written reports are prepared with the results of the adolescent. The first written report is automated and is produced from completing the online psychometric tools (tests and questionnaires), while the second written report (Zer0-19 career-report) is a detailed recording, synthesis and analysis of the results of all the written and online tests, and of the student’s individual interview with the advisor.
In the second report (Zer0-19 career-report) the main characteristics of the student are presented in detail (with diagrams, bullet points and an analytical descriptive report) and at the end suggestions are given for the possible undergraduate and postgraduate studies, as well as some indicative professional directions. The results report provided (Zer0-19 career-report) is derived from the combination and analysis of all significant factors of the tools administered. It is individualized and unique for each student and is non-automated.”
The analysis of the results is carried out in a consultation meeting with the student and their parents, during which all the above results and the extraction of the proposals and conclusions are thoroughly presented by the advisor to the family.
